How does the collaboration work?

A free introductory meeting (30 min.), followed by a joint definition of tasks and processes. You can find everything else under “How I work”.

How do you ensure confidentiality?

A Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is standard with every engagement. All data is processed in full GDPR compliance.

How long does a contract last? Is there a minimum term?

There is no minimum contract term. Hourly packages are valid for two months. One‑off assignments are billed upon completion. The collaboration can be ended at any time: transparent and straightforward.

How short‑notice can bookings be made?

I am usually available within a few days. For urgent inquiries, it is best to contact us directly.

How is billing done?

Monthly, transparent and comprehensible with detailed time recording for every invoice.

What languages do you work in?

Fluent in German, English, and French, both verbally and in writing.

Which services are included?

Depending on the package and individual requirements, services may include executive support, calendar and travel management, presentations, HR administration, global mobility, project assistance, and more. What happens with unused hours?

Any unused hours from a package can be used within two months after the end of the respective month. As the packages are offered at a reduced hourly rate, further carry‑over is not standard but can be discussed on a case‑by‑case basis.We are happy to align expectations and planning details in advance.
